If you’re on steriods you can do those silly bodybuilding splits training 5 or 6 times a week w/ isolation movements. When you’re natural stick to compund movements 3 times a week. I prefer the 3 day split. I would say 4 day split would be the max. But just like twinmuscle says, you can do whatever the FUCK you wanna do!

@smellerbee22 Try using dumbells for your bench press it will help even out the pecs or at the end of your workout do one extra set of dumbell press on the side tthat needs the extra work.
