@GJMJTF2 try putting some weights on the seats of the chair to keep them steady, and use towels or a shirt on the back of the chair for added grip

I have to work on my dips but I could only do it at home..(not a member at my local gym anymore) what could i use beside the chairs? It seems like a bad idea to try with the chairs i have at home.
