<p><strong>Muscle Building at Home</strong></p>
<p>Before we start on the muscle building at home exercises and routines, there is some equipment that could be a great idea to get your hands on for optimal growth.</p>

- Dumbbells (adjustable)<br />
- Exercise Ball<br />
- Yoga Mat<br />

- Exercise Bench<br />

<p>-Muscle Building at Home #1 – Dumbbell Bench Press:<br />
The first exercise will be targeting your chest, shoulders and triceps. </p>
