You are supposed to take the supplement immediately after your workout, and the way it works is, your body will take in everything you put into your body right after your workout because it is craving energy and food to rebuild itself. Those 42 grams of sugar will then go into your muscles and on your next workout, they will be released giving you tons of energy

well it depends do you do conditioning with weights or do you have any weight training regiments with you kickboxing then yes.
but if you are not doing weights you will lose weight, you will probably get cut. since you probably do alot of bodyweight exercises. but in the end if you are not doing weighttraining you probably loose weights.

isolate is 90 % protein meaning 90 percent of it will be used by your body.
regular is called concentrate, it is about 70 to 80 percent protein.
i usually get regular one from walmart.
if you are smart and want to save cash, go to walmart online and search the 3 pak they have you 6 lbs for 39 dollar very good deal. you cant go wrong

i used bf for along time tried 6 star could not even get it down. we got a complete nutrition in Oregon and i bought a protein called titan one it was $85.it is so pose to be beater then bsn syntha-6. the bf at wall mart worked just as good. well we all get ripped off once our twice in our life’s. if you want to waste your money give it to a bum instead of buying titan one
